1.1 Use of Personal Information
Vermax as a whole cannot share or use the data of the account holder at Vermax outside of the website without approval of the client. The e-mail address can be used to e-mail the owner of its e-mail address about his/her project state and about other website purposes. All the information will be between the website and the owner and will not be shared or used outside of the website’s environment.
1.2 Use of Business Information
Vermax as a whole cannot share or use the data of the business connected to the services of Vermax outside of the website without approval of the client.
2.1 Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Vermax, nor our employees shall be liable to you or anyone using services or products of Vermax for any lost profits or revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the delivered services or products.
3.1 Delivery of services
Employees of Vermax are only obligated to start with the project if the project has received a status of “accepted”. The delivery time assigned to a project only begins when it reaches the status of “accepted”. Any project with the status “pending” is always rejectable and thus any time lost in this phase is not calculated into the promised delivery time.
3.2 Rejectment of Projects
Vermax and its employees are able to reject any project with a status of “pending” and is not required to give a reason of the rejectment. Any project that has a status of “accepted” and get rejected will get a full refund.
3.2 Guaranteement of Profit
Vermax guarantees the earning back of the project purchased from Vermax. This includes both the video package and the addons purchased with it. This does not include any other expenses associated with the project such as ad costs or product costs. The guarantee only counts if the client has had an ad budget with the particular video of the project of more than the project cost. If the clients budget exceeded the project cost and the revenue didn't exceed that cost the client is able to ask the entire project cost back. Vermax is not obligated to ask for information about the budget or refund the project costs without the client submitting a refund request.
